My public speaking courses have a no quibble guarantee
Here is my word…
Your money returned if you don't think you have benefited from the course in any way.
To get the money returned the following two simple conditions apply:
you have to attend the course and be willing to learn over the two days.
You can’t claim if you haven’t done the course. I try to be available to anyone who is finding the course tricky. I’ve chatted and coached many people after the course on the first day. On every course I let people know that I am there to serve you over the two days of the course in any way I can.you e-mail me explaining why you are disappointed and how it didn't work for you. That helps me learn more and get better at what I do.
That’s it!
You can come on my course over the two days and if it doesn’t work for you, you simply get your course fee returned.
Prevention is better than guarantee!
Rather than have anyone leave unhappy, I'd much rather pick up on any problems as the course goes along. The tricky part is I can't see inside your head - if you're having a difficult time, it may not show. So please don't wait for me to notice. All you need to do is find me and say, "John, can I have a word?" That's it. I'll make time.
Make sure it's the right course for you
Refunds have happened because someone has booked the wrong course. A one-to-one coaching session beforehand, at my reduced rate of £45, is a good way to get a sense of who I am and how I work, and to arrive better prepared. There's also a free 10-minute chat if you'd rather start there. You can book either here.
The guarantee is for you and strangely for me.
Since 2000, only 11 people out of over 8,500 have got their money back. That's not because refunds are hard to get - the process is genuinely simple, no quibbling. It just tells you how rarely this guarantee gets used. And when something hasn’t worked, I do my very best to take all the learnings I can from it. So I build a better course for everyone.
I want you to be clear about my commitment to you and your learning.
John Dawson
I’m trying to make it as safe as possible for people to attend my courses and the course guarantee is part my commitment to course participants
