two day courses
In many ways the two day course is my favourite way of working and I think is the best way of getting the approach. The course really works with beginners as well as people who might have done a day with me before. You really have chance to let the stuff you have learnt on the first day really sink in and work with it on the following day. The course works for you on your level - allowing you to explore your issues within the context of the group. The feedback from participants on this page (on the right hand side column) is all from the two day course.
This year I'm introducing the leadership presence - its work informed by my practical experieince of being a leader as 15 years of being an magazine editor as well as a facilitator of courses.
2010
March 20 - 21 Saturday & Sunday London
finding your voice -
taking your place in the world
one place left
No previous speaking circle experience required.
A weekend intensive to learn how to deliver a truly compelling talk and create rapport with the audience.
Find out why the answer is presence and connection and not just about the powerpoint software.
Good presenters are passionate, conversational and connected.
You will feel more comfortable in front of an audience, be able to think on your feet and develop a five minute talk.
The weekend is fundamentally based on Speaking Circles® - with an intensive introduction on Saturday to relational presence.
On Sunday we use what we learnt about relational presence to find our own stories and to focus more on content but always from place of inviting connection.
A powerful place to be.

How can we bring our authentic selves when we lead? Can we be in the moment or do the demands of the job mean that we are always running towards the next meeting or crisis. Can we be totally in the moment when we are in front of people - can we develop more capacity to handle ourselves under pressure. Can we find our unique voice and passion and bring this to our organisation. Can we find a sense of authentic purpose for ourselves? Leadership demands new levels of relationship skills
Course would include a thorough grounding in relationship presence.
