Book just one and see if you need to book any more after that. You can always reserve a place and let me know after the workshop. Most people are pleasantly surprised how much they have changed in one day. A few people do more courses because 1) they might want a top up or 2) they enjoy the course! (which might sound strange but actually on the whole people do have fun on the course)
